What a fun Birthday!!! Jim's Dad (I call him Sr.) turned the big 6-0 on Saturday and we had such a great time. For his birthday dinner I planned a dinner menu with Santa Fe tri tip, homemade twice baked potatoes, grilled corn on the cob, and a cesar salad. It was the first time I made the twice baked potatoes and to my surprise, they were a hit. Everyone loved them. After dinner we played Mexican Train Dominos and had birthday cake. Jim's Mom makes a very yummy Chocolate Peanut Butter cake and the grandkids decorated it. The guys played poker, the kids continued to play Mexican train while I watched Dirty Dancing... Nobody Puts Baby in the Corner. {{wink}} ;)
